Any Indian citizen who wishes to become a distributor of the company may apply to become a distributor for marketing and selling the company's products throughout India.
There is no deposit or joining fee required for becoming a distributor of the company.
The company shall not be responsible for any promises made by any distributor on behalf of the company which are not mentioned on the official website of Active World.
We further declare that distributors will be eligible for bonuses and incentives only depending upon the volume of business generated by him/her, as per the Terms & Conditions and Business Plan of the company.
As per the notification issued by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Government of India:
We, Active World, are engaged as a Direct Selling Company.
The company is not involved in any kind of financial investment scheme, money circulation scheme, or chit fund business.
A Direct Seller or his/her relatives (including dependent son, daughter, father, mother, or spouse) shall not engage in Multi Level Marketing activities of any other company/person. If found involved, such Direct Seller shall be terminated immediately.
Direct Sellers are prohibited from listing, marketing, advertising, promoting, discussing, or selling any product or business opportunity of the company on auction websites, unauthorized online marketplaces, or online forums.
The Direct Seller hereby undertakes not to compel, induce, or mislead any person through false statements, false commitments, or promises for purchasing products/services or becoming a Direct Seller of the company.
