Return & Refund Policy

Active World is committed to delivering the best quality products for customer satisfaction.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products, you may return the product(s) within 30 days of purchase for a refund as per the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.

A. Eligibility for Refund

The refund policy is applicable only for products:

  • In marketable condition.
  • Accompanied by the original invoice.
  • Supported with valid ID proof of the Customer/Direct Seller.

This policy shall not apply to products that have been intentionally damaged or misused.

B. Return Conditions

Customer/Direct Sellers may return products within 30 days of purchase subject to the following conditions:

1. Marketable Products

If the product is in marketable condition and returned within 30 days from the invoice date, refund will be provided after deduction of applicable taxes, or an exchange product may be given depending upon the decision of the authorized representative.

2. Unmarketable Products

If the product is in unmarketable condition and returned within 30 days from the invoice date, the refund value shall be assessed by the authorized representative and the appropriate value shall be provided accordingly.

C. Product Condition Definitions

Marketable Products

Products that are:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • Properly sealed

Unmarketable Products

Products that are:

  • Opened
  • Partially used
  • Damaged

D. Return Procedure

The Customer/Direct Seller must return the product(s) to the Head Office of Active World personally or through courier service.

Upon receiving the returned product(s), the Company will examine the product(s) and notify the Customer/Direct Seller through e-mail or phone call within a reasonable period of time.

E. Assessment of Returned Products

The condition of returned stock shall be determined by the Company's authorized executive. Based on the assessment, the returned product shall be categorized as either marketable or unmarketable.

F. SV/RP Adjustment Policy

SV/RP adjustment of returned products shall be processed in the same payout cycle.

Total SV/RP value of returned products shall be deducted from the returning Direct Seller's account.

If customers return products directly to Active World, the SV/RP adjustment shall be deducted from the Direct Seller's payout account.

Any excess amount already paid to the Direct Seller shall be recoverable from the concerned Direct Seller.
